FLOAT LEVEL SWITCHES TO START/STOP PUMPS

The BIP STOP and AT float level switches have been designed for the automatism of pumps (start/stop) and water shortage or high level alarms with one single device.

These floats simply open or close the pump’s power supply circuit either directly or through a relay. The distance between the float and the cable fixed to the pump sets the regulation height, and can vary depending on models. For the BIP STOP for instance a maximum distance of 1.50 m. is recommended.

  • Standard and economical float level switch ideal to start/stop small cellar pumps even in certain agressive liquids.
  • Big 110º switching differential that prevents excessive jerking of the pump's engine
  • Neoprene or HR HY (hypalon) 3x1mm2 cable or neoprene 2x1mm2 cable, both H07RN8-F certified
  • Available in 6 versions: Emptying/Filling (VR) – Filling (R) - Emptying (V) – Emptying + Ground (VT) – Filling + Ground (RT) and "Special" Emptying with multiplug (VS).

  • A little bigger than the Bip Stop, the AT is a float level switch that can withstand intensive use in heavily loaded liquids.
  • It has also a bigger switching differential of 120º that prevents jerking of the pump.
  • Neoprene or HR HY (hypalon) 3x1mm2 cable or neoprene 2x1mm2 cable, both H07RN8-F certified
  • Available in 6 versions: Emptying/Filling (VR) – Filling (R) - Emptying (V) – Emptying + Ground (VT) – Filling + Ground (RT) and "Special" Emptying with multiplug (VS).

  • This float level switch is identical to the AT 120 but is encased in a HR HY (hypalon) press-vulcanised housing, just as the SOBA HR HY.
  • 120º switching differential that prevents excessive jerking of the pump's engine
  • HR HY (hypalon) 3x1mm2 H07RN8-F certified cable
  • Especially designed for the chemical industry. Good for acids, petrol products, and diverse corrosive liquid mextures.

  • Due to its big switching differential of 165º, the AT 165 can replace 2 standard float level switches in very agitated liquids and perform an accurate level regulation.
  • Neoprene or HR HY ( hypalon) 3x1mm2 H07RN8-F certified cable
  • Connected with or without a relay, the AT 165 is suitable for all pumps in very agitated liquids. It is indeed the most economical solution.
